Sheik Rasel Aviary and eco-park established Bangladesh forest minister Hasan Mahmud in July 2014. It is located at the end of South nischintapur village in Rangunia Upazila of Chittagong district. The park is managed under the Bangladesh Forest Department. This park has many types of Bird and Bangladesh's largest cable cars which are most of the tourist attractions.

You can visit first to last 2 kilometers distance watch many types of Bird and green awesome scenery. This park also has a big pond and this pond available many types of fish. when you go inside the park with cable care you cannot think how much wonder an eco-tourism system.

History: Dr. Hassan Mahmud decided to establish Sheikh Russell Aviary and Eco-park when going the first time elected in parliament. Because he has about this topic a lot of knowledge. Before Mr. Hasan Mahmud takes a doctored degree from Belgium about the environmental ecosystem. when he elected the first time in Parlament in 2009 he takes to the decision established one park here.

Main Attraction: The Sheik Russell Aviary and eco-park you can looking at various types of  Bird. You watch the whole natural beauty from the sky scene from cable cars.

 It is one of the long and largest cable cars in Bangladesh. If you come to visit the park, you must not leave the care at once. This journey becomes more interesting in your life.




When you just get in the car, your mind will be filled with the chirping of birds and the greenery. Cable cars entry fee only per person 250 BDT taka.

 How you can go Sheikh Rasel Aviary an eco-park: You can go to this place easily by bus.
Chittagong to Kaptai bus you will go here take per person 70 BDT taka and if you want to go there by another vehicle or car take 2500 to 3500 taka double trip.

Another way you can go first Kaptai Bus stand in Chittagong from here to go Chandraghuna. Chittagong Bus stands to Chandraghona distance only 30 kilometers and takes the time Bus 1 hour. From here you can go Sheik Rasel Aviary and eco-park by CNG or auto rickshaw.
